Wild Venison Burgers
Our venison burgers are made exclusively from wild venison, creating the most beautiful deep and complex flavours from their diet foraging in woods and pastures.
We add a small amount of pork fat into our venison burgers to ensure the burger stays juicy and tender.
These burgers gently incorporate the flavour of redcurrant to bring a subtle sweetness that perfectly compliments the venison flavour.
