Beef Burgers
Our grass fed beef burgers are made from a long worked on blend of cuts of our slow grown native breed beef. We also dry age our beef mince along with the rest of our beef to develop a deeper more complex flavour profile. We ensure our beef burgers have a great fat ratio, generally slightly higher than your supermarket burgers but this is the secret to the mind blowing flavour and juicy bite. Our burgers are treated with the same love and care that we would treat a steak. Every batch of burgers is treated individually to ensure that we have the perfect balance and quality of product every single time.

How to cook: To pan fry your grass fed beef burgers start by preheating your pan over a medium high heat. Add a splash of oil to the pan and season your burgers lightly with salt and pepper. Place your burgers in the pan and cook for around 2/3 minutes a side. Serve your burgers in a bun with pickles, lettuce and burger sauce for a classic American style burger.
