Prune, Bacon and Onion Stuffing

Our rich stuffing is handmade with the deep flavour of prunes and the indulgent depth of flavour from the addition of our nitrate free bacon.

We gently flavour with orange and various spices to add complexity and the sweet  flavour of our prunes and savoury notes from the thyme and onions perfectly compliment any Christmas dinner. 

Our stuffing is made by hand in our artisan butchery.
