Sage, Apricot, Apple and Brandy Stuffing

The savoury note of sage is one of the iconic Christmas scents and our wonderful stuffing perfectly compliments the flavour of this. 

We use sharp Bramley apples and sweet apricots to provide a wonderful contract. the stuffing is then finished with the warmth of brandy and classical orange notes as well as subtle spicing undertones. 

Our stuffing is handmade in our artisan butchery
