Flower Marie

Flower Marie is a delicate, square-shaped sheep's cheese from east Sussex. Beneath it's soft, bloomy, white rind lies a rich, creamy interior. Its flavour profile is sweet and aromatic, featuring subtle notes of mushrooms and citrus. As it matures, the cheese develops deeper, more intense flavours whilst maintaining its silky texture.
