Handmade Grass Fed Beef Burgers
Our grass fed beef burgers are made from a long worked on blend of cuts of our slow grown native breed beef. We also dry age our beef mince along with the rest of our beef to develop a deeper more complex flavour profile.
We ensure our beef burgers have a great fat ratio, generally slightly higher than your supermarket burgers but this is the secret to the mind blowing flavour and juicy bite. Our burgers are treated with the same love and care that we would treat a steak.
Every batch of burgers is treated individually to ensure that we have the perfect balance and quality of product every single time.
