You Eat What They Eat

Our animals graze pastures full of different grasses, herbs and wildflowers, and that variety ends up on your plate: in the fat, the depth, the flavour and the nutrients. Feed the animal well and it feeds you well.

Pasture

full of grasses, herbs and wildflowers

Meat is a product of what an animal ate and how long it lived. Ours graze varied pasture (grasses, herbs and wildflowers) rather than a formulated ration, and they take their time doing it.

That variety isn't just good for the land. It ends up on your plate: in the colour and character of the fat, in the depth of flavour, and in the nutrients the meat carries. Diverse pasture makes for richer, more complex meat than any monoculture can.

It's the oldest rule in food, and we build everything around it: feed the animal well and it feeds you well.
